Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you offer custom items?

Are you looking to stand out from the crowd? We are proud to offer a fully customized service for 5ml and 10ml roller bottles and a selection of other glass bottle. Choose your colour | label design. Minimum orders start at 150 pieces. Email us at info@luxeoilessentials.ca for more information.

What are your bottles made from?

All bottles are glass unless otherwise stated. 

Are the roller tops stainless or glass?

Stainless. It is a smooth roll and releases oil with ease. We found that glass tends to release less oil and has stiffer roll and is more work to get going.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! Free shipping is currently available in Canada and USA for orders over $250 in Canada and $175 in US. Free shipping will be automatically adjusted in your cart .

When can I expect my order?
We ship orders in 1-5 business days (excluding custom and wholesale orders). This is subject to change due to the volume of orders we are receiving at the time but will never exceed 2 weeks. All packages are shipped via USPS to the US and Canada Post in Canada. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates will be available at checkout. 

I got my tracking information but when I click on it, nothing is available. 

Tracking info is sent out when your package is labeled, but the carrier's website only updates once the package has been scanned into the system and their computer system has had time to update. Please allow 24 hrs for your tracking information to become available on individual carrier websites.

My package says it was delivered, but I didn't get it. What do I do?

If your tracking info says your package was delivered, but you don't have it, please do the following before contacting us (we don't have any more information than you do):

Ask your neighbors if they may have gotten it by accident.
Consider if someone else in your household might have picked it up or received it and put it somewhere unexpected.
Look around at all the doors of your house (sometimes packages get left at a side door or porch, or fall off the steps).
Talk to your postal carrier and your local post office to see if they have any more information.

My Item(s) arrived broken or damaged, help?

Sometimes the postal carriers are less than careful with packages than we’d like. If anything you ordered appears on your doorstep broken, please don’t panic! It doesn’t happen very often, but we know it’s frustrating. Please just send us a photo of the damage and the packaging if possible so that we can make improvements in the future, and we’ll get a replacement sent out right away.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns?

No returns. Yes, you heard that correctly, we don't accept returns. At the core of our business decisions is environmental impact. Reverse shipping accounts for over 5 billion pounds of landfill waste annually. If you have any questions about our products please ask, we are here to help!
