Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?
We offer our roller bottles in bulk, listings are available on the website. We are going to be adding bulk label listings shortly as well.
Volume discounts are available starting at a minimum spend of $250 CAD. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is currently available in Canada and USA for orders over $125 CAD. Free shipping will be automatically adjusted in your cart .
Are the roller tops stainless or glass?
Both! We found that some of our customers prefer one over the other so we stock both for whatever your preference is. Glass tends to release less oil and has a stiffer roll than stainless and stainless has a cooling feel when rolled.
Do you offer custom items?
Yes! Check out Custom on the menu to see what is offered. If you don't see what you need send us an email to email@example.com and so that we can work with you to create your vision.
I got my tracking information but when I click on it, nothing is available.
Tracking info is sent out when your package is labeled, but the carrier's website only updates once the package has been scanned into the system and their computer system has had time to update. Please allow 24 hrs for your tracking information to become available on individual carrier websites.
My package says it was delivered, but I didn't get it. What do I do?
If your tracking info says your package was delivered, but you don't have it, please do the following before contacting us (we don't have any more information than you do):
Ask your neighbors if they may have gotten it by accident.
Consider if someone else in your household might have picked it up or received it and put it somewhere unexpected.
Look around at all the doors of your house (sometimes packages get left at a side door or porch, or fall off the steps).
Talk to your postal carrier and your local post office to see if they have any more information.
My Item(s) arrived broken or damaged, help?
Sometimes the postal carriers are less than careful with packages than we’d like. If anything you ordered appears on your doorstep broken, please don’t panic! It doesn’t happen very often, but we know it’s frustrating. Please just send us a photo of the damage and the packaging if possible so that we can make improvements in the future, and we’ll get a replacement sent out right away.
Do you offer returns?
No returns. Yes, you heard that correctly, we don't accept returns. At the core of our business decisions is environmental impact. Reverse shipping accounts for over 5 billion pounds of landfill waste annually. If you have any questions about our products please ask, we are here to help!
